> Vigesimal Tech (“Vigesimal”, “we”, “us”) is committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains what we collect through this website, how we use it, and your rights over it.

## 1. Information we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us:

- **Contact form**: your name, email address, organisation, phone number and message.
- **Accelerator application**: founder name, startup name, email address, website, stage, team size and a description of what you are building.
- **Direct email**: whatever you include when you write to us.

Like any website, our hosting provider records standard request logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) to operate and secure the service.

**If you accept analytics cookies**, Google Analytics also records how you use the site: pages visited, time on page, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived. We see this in aggregate and use it only to improve the site. If you decline, none of this is collected. We do not use advertising trackers.

## 2. How we use your information

We use the information you send us to:

- Reply to your enquiry or assess your accelerator application
- Prepare for and follow up on a consultation you have asked for
- Keep the website secure and working
- Meet our legal obligations

We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information, and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.

## 3. Third-party services

Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by [Resend](https://resend.com), an email delivery service. Your submission passes through Resend's servers solely to send that email.

This website is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS Amplify), which processes standard request data under AWS's data processing terms.

With your consent, usage data is processed by Google Analytics, operated by Google. IP addresses are anonymised before storage. See [how Google uses this data](https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites).

## 4. Cookies

We use analytics cookies only if you accept them in the cookie banner, and you can change your mind at any time from “Cookie settings” in the footer. Our [cookie policy](https://vigesimal.tech/cookies) lists exactly what is set.

## 5. Data retention

We keep enquiry and application emails for up to 24 months so we can follow up, then delete them unless we are working together. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

## 6. Your rights

Depending on where you are, including under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, you may have the right to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict how we process it.

## 7. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information from unauthorised access, disclosure or loss. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
